| Cirque Family - (3 yrs - Adults) A class that gives all ages that extraordinary feeling of being a kid!You don't have to have a family to participate in this quality "family time." Climb cirque-style silks, pull-over static trapezes, whirl hula-hoops around all of your body parts, balance on bongo boards and tumble over large exercise balls, alongside people of all ages, working together, with no judgement. | Aerial Performance Class A class based on aerial tricks and choreography class! This class is for those who want more than just a workout or skills accomplishment. All aspects of performing aerial dance willb e explored in this workshop-style class.
