| Our home is a beautiful 2800sqft training facility alive with natural sunlight and splashed with vibrant colors. Our Warm and Welcoming Reception! Inside you will be welcomed by our reception area where we offer merchandise, uniforms, and a variety of training equipment. Come inside and have a complimentary cup of tea or take the time to browse our library of books and dvds our staff has carefully chosen to enhance our students movement and life skill education. Our pride and joy is our state of the art professional sprung floor (or known as a floating
floor). Unlike the usual foam based floor found in most martial art schools, our sprung
floors are made to create an amazing amount of spring for maximum high impact
movement. This eliminates the chance of repetitive strain which can lead to permanent injuries. We place our studentsʼ health and safety as our priority in our Center. Our space is highly versatile that can accommodate to a range of needs. Our top floor finish is a tatami martial art mat optimal for strikes and fall safety. This mat can be rolled off exposing a marley surface ideal for dance, theater, and other movement arts. (From bottom to to the top) Over the concrete is a layer of rubber padding, three layers of plywood in an intricate basket weave formation, a sheet layer of plywood, a layer of stretched out dance marley, and topped off with a 5/8" thick premier tatami martial art mat as a softer yet durable surface finish. | ||||
